Set in East London, the historic Haggerston Baths—an abandoned Grade II listed Edwardian bathhouse — offers a striking backdrop to explore themes of urban care and restoration.

Participants are challenged to reimagine this once-civic space as a retreat for mind, body, and spirit, balancing technical renewal with architectural sensitivity.

Designers are asked to transform the Baths into a meaningful urban refuge - a retreat within the city, where architecture supports care, reconnection, and quiet resistance to the pace of modern life.
